The Country Crooners
Yutaka HOKURA, an Associate Member of FCCJ, has been loving and singing Country Classics of the 1950s since his high-school days. His favorite songs are old and simple, but not obsolete for him. He released two CDs and also performed at several nursing-homes and hospices in Chicago, USA and the several cities in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. He still remembers the untold appreciation of old persons staying there, with great pleasure and gratitude.
Takanori MASUKO plays bass-guitar. He regularly performs with well-known musicians in the Tokyo area mainly. And also he is an instructor of the technique of playing bass-guitar. He kindly joins HOKURA at SNL.
Hiroyuki KOTOUDA plays piano. He is a graduate of Tokyo College of Music and a pianist of classical music. However, at SNL, he plays country music because of his friendly terms with HOKURA.
